The Revista Derecho Social y Empresa, with the purpose to guarantee the academic integrity of the publication, manages a plagiarism control procedure for each work received that is pending publication through the person in charge of social media. Through different tools such as Google, Paperater or Plagium, which allow entering part of the text and / or document, checking the existence of possible plagiarism. If a high level of coincidences is detected, it will be comunicated to the journal´s directorate and its editor to assess each specific situation.
